MY FIRST DAY IN TUSCANY

About Italian Living

I'm an interior decorator from Canada. I own a design firm. I have three grown daughters who are confidant women living busy lives. I love my family my friends and my life, however, something is missing. December 3rd, my eyes open at 3:33 a.m. It's time to fulfill my lifelong dream of living in Italy..... I rent my house, pack my bags, say a final farewell to all the people I love most in this world and hop on a plane January 13th.... alone. This is my story...

      So good to hear from you. I think of you often, swimming, rowing, and of my visits with you when I was a child. You must tell me more about your life in B.C. I loved the picture of you after your walk in December. Mom sent it to me…

    Shauna, my wife and I dream of living in Italy after a trip in 2009. Ours is on hold now for multiple reasons…but we do dream. I’m very impressed by how well you write. Your thoughts are beautifully expressed. I have another secret…I too want to start a blog….in the future…to start the story of my dream of living in Italy. Your blog is a big inspiration! Ciao!
